Afixing the colilert sample to her arm to be incubated for 24-hours at which point the water will turn yellow or remain clear. If yellow, this indicates coliform contamination. Then, a UV light of 350nm should be used to check for florescence, which would suggest whether Ecoli is found in the sample.
